Shipping your package
Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and sent via BRT with check and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with UPS Extra with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, therefore contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to track the progress of your package online.
Shipping costs include packing and postage. Packing costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The boxes are a reasonable size and your items are well protected.
